From her birth in Shreveport, LA, and while growing up in Carthage, TX, Lisa has interacted with Cotton Valley and Haynesville Shale owners and operators her whole life. So as we say in Texas, she knows the "OL" business like a fly knows a horse.
In fact, Lisa has been Board Certified in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law by TBLS since 1990.
Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in just two years with high honors from The University of Texas at Austin and her juris doctorate from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law with honors. She is licensed with the State Bar of Texas (1984) and the Louisiana State Bar (1989). Lisa has represented large and small, national and international energy companies for over 35 years and brings valuable insights and innovation to one of our largest and quickly growing specialty areas.
She handled litigation, drafting and negotiating upstream and midstream agreements as Managing Counsel for Occidental Oil and Gas Corporation for 12 years. She also served as Senior Attorney at Burlington Resources Oil & Gas Company, where she supported various groups. Lisa often appears in various publications.

Tina oversees all of Bagley Brown's administrative work and is responsible for keeping Bagley Brown organized and on schedule.
Tina has worked with law firms and oil and gas companies for over 20 years managing and conducting administrative work. Before joining Bagley Brown, Tina worked with Thompson & Knight LLP, Occidental Petroleum Corp, Andrews Kurth LLP and Texaco, as well as a variety of other smaller companies.
